Michael Maddox

Michael Maddox is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Sodexo since January 2024, Michael has previously held several key roles at Wildpack Beverage, where responsibilities included Senior Vice President Operations and Senior Director Center of Excellence. Earlier positions included Regional Director of Warehouse Operations at Pepsi-Cola & National Brand Beverages Ltd. and various management roles at Sodexo, including District Manager and Director of NorAm Food Operations. Michael's career began at Coca-Cola Refreshments, where significant achievements included delivering over $10 million in OPEX savings annually. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management from Ashford University and a Bachelor of Education in Kinesiology Teacher Certification from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
