Phil Deschene

Phil Deschene currently serves as the Executive Director at Sodexo, a position held since August 2023. With a distinguished career at JLL that began in October 1990, Phil has ascended through various leadership roles, including Senior Director of Facility Management and National Director - IFM Director, where responsibilities included managing the Astra Zeneca account and fostering client relationships. Phil also held the role of Senior Vice President - IFM Director for UTC and Sikorsky, overseeing operations with a portfolio budget of approximately $40 million and a team of 75 professionals. Prior experience includes a brief tenure as Vice President - Regional Manager at Trane Technologies and multiple senior roles within JLL, including Senior Facilities Manager for Teva. Phil’s educational background includes a BA in Business Management from Barrington University and an Associate of Arts from Palm Beach Atlantic University.
