Sarosh Mistry

President, North America at Sodexo

Sarosh Mistry is Sodexo’s President, North America. He leads the North America Regional Leadership Committee for Sodexo, the global leader in Quality of Life services, and is responsible for the coordination of Sodexo businesses in North America. He also leads Home Care Worldwide, including the Comfort Keepers brand, a business segment within Personal and Home Services for Sodexo, and is responsible for the Home Care segment, which operates in 13 countries (U.S., Canada, England, Scotland, France, Ireland, Portugal, Australia, Brazil, Singapore, China, Hong Kong, and Indonesia). He is a member of the Personal and Home Services Executive Committee.

Mr. Mistry joined Sodexo in 2011 as Senior Vice President for Home Care in North America. In 2012, he assumed the role of CEO of Comfort Keepers, a franchise network, where in six years, he and his team have driven profitable, sustainable growth by evolving the business model to include company-owned operations.

In 2016, Mr. Mistry was promoted to the CEO of Home Care Worldwide. In this role, he grew the geographic footprint to include six brands operating on five continents with a portfolio of franchised and company-operated locations. Prior to joining Sodexo, he held numerous leadership roles including: CEO of Eurest, a division of Compass Group NA; Starbucks Coffee as VP of Retail Stores in North America; Aramark as President of Healthcare Management Services/Food Services; and, PEPSICO/Tricon Global Restaurants – Taco Bell Corporations. Long a believer that mentoring people and nurturing talent is an investment that will pay back exponentially, he built high-performing, diverse teams who drove growth and success in each of these organizations.

Mr. Mistry sits on the board of Active Global Caregiver, a home care company headquartered in Singapore, as well as Pronep, a skilled care delivery organization headquartered in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. He also supports Bundles of Care, a not-for-profit headquartered in California, which, supports children in the foster care system.

He obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from St John’s University and his Master of Business Administration from the University of California.
