Shardul Thorat

Shardul Thorat is an experienced professional in the field of operational excellence and automation. Currently serving as Assistant Manager at UltraTech Cement since June 2021, Shardul has a track record of driving efficiency within the organization. Prior to this role, Shardul gained valuable experience as a Management Trainee and MBA Summer Intern at UltraTech Cement, focusing on e-bidding processes and tool implementation. Earlier, Shardul worked as an Application Engineer at Trio Motion Technology, contributing to automation projects and designing control systems. Additionally, manufacturing engineering skills were honed at Dhruva Automation and Controls and practical experience in process instrumentation was acquired during a traineeship at Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited.
