Carolin Nordhaus has a diverse work experience in various roles. Carolin started as a Working Student in Product Management at ImmobilienScout24 in 2010. Later, they worked as a Working Student in Customer Relationship Management at Zalando Lounge in 2011. Carolin continued their career at Zalando Lounge as a Market Research Manager from 2012 to 2014. Carolin then moved to FactWorks GmbH as a Research Consultant from 2014 to 2017. Following that, they were a Senior Manager in Brand & Business Development at Laia's Proteinhanf GmbH from 2017 to 2018. Currently, Carolin is at sofatutor GmbH, where they began as a UX Researcher in 2019 and currently holds the position of Team Lead UX Research since 2022. Their responsibilities include conducting user research studies, analyzing data, and impacting product development and strategy for the organization.
Carolin Nordhaus completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in International Management at Otto-von-Guericke University Magdeburg from 2006 to 2009. Carolin then pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in BWL with a focus on Marketing, International Management & Entrepreneurship at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin from 2009 to 2012. In 2017, they obtained a certification in Psychological Management Trainer & Personal Coach from Stiftung für Erziehung, Bildung, Wissenschaft und Kultur. Their education journey culminated with a certification as a Certified Nutritionist from ecodemy GmbH from 2018 to 2021.
