Prior to their current role, Nicole worked at Madcradle Online Limited where Nicole held various positions such as Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, and Senior Project Executive. Nicole led multiple digital solutions projects and successfully boosted department sales. With a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing and Operation Management from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Nicole has a strong background in digital marketing and project management.
