Stanley Kroenke in Inglewood, California. The 3.1 million square-foot SoFi Stadium is the largest stadium in the NFL, as well as the first indoor outdoor stadium. SUMMARY:

The Operations Crew Member is a part-time position supporting the Operations Department and focusing primarily on event setup, tear down, changeovers and daily operational tasks for the YouTube Theater on the Hollywood Park campus.  Crew Members assist in the pickup, delivery, installation, and movement of various equipment, furniture, and other materials as necessary, while adhering to operational safety standards and protocols. Crew Members must be able to perform manual labor duties and tasks, as well as have a flexible schedule and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.   

Location: 

Onsite - Inglewood, CA.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handles setups and teardowns of equipment, supplies, and other materials as necessary for operational needs and venue operations. 
  • Assists in the maintenance and inventory control for all venue operational assets.
  • Assists with the general overall upkeep of the stadium.
  • Operates heavy equipment including but not limited to forklifts, pallet jacks (manual and motorized), boom lifts, scissor lifts, and reach forks.
  • Complies to all safety policies, procedures, and protocols when executing on work duties and responsibilities.
  • Provides excellent customer service to the Performance Venue and Hollywood Park community across all venues and campus property.
  • Perform additional job duties as necessary and relevant.

 

  MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and execute while under time constraints
  • Able to effectively communicate in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to multi-task and effectively maneuver between functions
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Able to stand and walk for prolonged periods
  • Flexible schedule; available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Experience working in a performance venue work environment preferred

Hourly Rate: $17 per hour
