Charlene Scott, MPS has a strong background in learning and development, with their most recent role as the Director of Learning and Development at SoFi Stadium and Hollywood Park starting in October 2022. Prior to this, they were the Learning and Development Manager - Fan Operations at Spurs Sports & Entertainment from September 2019 to October 2022. Charlene also worked as a Customer Care Training Manager at Ally from March 2018 to August 2019. Before that, they held various roles at Wells Fargo, including Learning and Development Consultant, Implementation Consultant, Learning and Development Consultant, and Business Training Consultant 2 from 2005 to 2018. Charlene Scott, MPS, began their education journey in 2011 when they enrolled at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Charlene studied Communications and Mass Media for four years, completing their Bachelor's degree in 2015.

After gaining their undergraduate qualification, Charlene continued to deepen their knowledge and skills by pursuing a Master's degree at Georgetown University. From 2021 to 2023, they dedicated herself to the Sports Industry Management program, furthering their expertise in this field.

In addition to their formal education, Charlene obtained a certification in Virtual Trainer Excellence - Leadership and Service Accreditation from MHI Global in March 2016. This certification showcases their commitment to professional development and adds value to their skill set.
