Mayank Aggarwal

Mayank Aggarwal has a strong background in sales operations and mortgage growth. Mayank is currently working at SoFi as the Senior Director, Sales Ops & Home Equity GM, where they focus on improving the sales funnel and implementing data-driven strategies. Prior to SoFi, they held the role of Head of Mortgage Growth and Biz Ops at Opendoor, where they were responsible for lead generation, top of funnel conversion, and business operations. Mayank also worked at Mr. Cooper, where they served as VP of Strategy & Analytics and AVP of Default Strategy, leading various initiatives in customer experience, data analytics, and process improvement. Earlier in their career, they held positions at Capital One, MarketRx, Deloitte, VoiceCore Technologies, and Infosys, gaining experience in sales and operations strategy, market research, and software engineering.

Mayank Aggarwal completed their education in a chronological manner. Mayank first attended the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay from 1994 to 1998, earning a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Mechanical Engineering. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management from Purdue University Daniels School of Business from 2002 to 2004. In addition to their formal education, Mayank obtained a certification in Design Thinking for Innovation from Coursera in September 2017.
