Tina Carroll

Tina Carroll has extensive experience in collections management, currently serving as Associate Manager, Originations and Associate Manager, Collections at SoFi since July 2022. In this role, Tina leads a team of collections agents, focusing on minimizing net credit loss and enhancing client experiences through effective team management, performance reporting, and cross-departmental collaboration. Prior to SoFi, Tina held the position of Assistant Vice President, Collections Senior Supervisor at Citi from March 2016 to July 2022, where responsibilities included managing multiple collector teams, developing hiring processes, and overseeing compliance training. Tina began the career as a Collections Agent at Citi and has also worked in editorial roles at Heritage Publishing Inc. and Tallahassee Woman Magazine. Tina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Editing, Writing & Media from Florida State University.
