Tong Han

Tong Han is currently the Vice President, Head of Collections Center of Excellence at SoFi. Prior to this role, Tong held senior positions at Wells Fargo as the Senior Vice President in the Head of Collections & Recovery Risk Management - Consumer Credit Solution (CCS) department. Before joining Wells Fargo, Tong worked at Citi as the Director of Risk Operations for Citi's North America Consumer Bank (NACB). With experience in risk management and financial modeling, Tong has a strong background in the financial industry from companies such as HSBC and Ocwen Financial Co. Tong pursued education at Washington State University and the University of Arkansas.
