Tselmeg Shponko

Tselmeg Shponko currently serves as the Director of Fraud Platform and Integrity at SoFi since November 2022. Prior to this role, Tselmeg held the position of Risk Partnerships for the Americas at Stripe from August 2021 to November 2022. Tselmeg's extensive experience at Visa from January 2014 to August 2021 includes serving as the Director and Global Head of Acceptance Risk, where responsibilities encompassed global oversight of fraud and dispute monitoring programs, ownership of risk standards, and leadership in compliance initiatives across various categories including cryptocurrency and online gambling. Tselmeg holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA from the University of San Francisco School of Management.
