Customer Executive at Sofigate

Marko Ignatius has over 20 years of work experience in various leadership and management roles. Marko started their career as a Project Worker at the Ministry of the Interior in 1997. Marko then worked as an HR Consultant at Novo Group before becoming an HR Manager at Stonesoft. As an HR Manager, they implemented new leadership and management models and designed role-based salary systems.

Marko later joined WM-Data as a Business Manager, where they were responsible for the Telecommunication sector's services and sales. At Logica Suomi Oy, they served as a Service Director and managed the Telecom sector's IT Service Management teams. Marko then took on the role of Global Service Director at Logica, where they created and managed a global Service Operation organization and also served as a Client Director for Finnish Telecom&Media sector clients.

In 2012, Marko joined CGI as a Client Director, responsible for Telecom, Media, MRD, Transportation & Utilities clients. Marko was involved in outsourcing, projects, consulting services, and digital transformation activities.

Marko then joined Tieto as a Delivery Executive, managing the Retail, Logistic, and Media sectors. Their role included IT outsourcing, projects and consulting services, customer experience management, digital transformation, and various technologies like SAP, Microsoft, and cloud services.

Currently, Marko Ignatius is working at Sofigate as a Customer Executive.

Marko Ignatius completed their Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Helsinki from 1996 to 1998.
