Pascal Bossiroy

Pascal Bossiroy has accumulated extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Pascal currently holds the position of Head of Human Resources at Sofina, where they have been since April 2021. Prior to this role, they served as the Co-Head of Human Resources Department at Sofina from August 2019 to April 2021.

Before joining Sofina, Pascal held the position of Director - PDED - Human Resources Department at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation from November 2014 to July 2019. Preceding this, they worked as an HR Manager at Leleux Associated Brokers from May 2010 to October 2014.

Pascal also gained experience as an HR Manager at Kaupthing Bank Belgium from January 2008 to September 2009 and as a Human Resources Manager at Robeco Bank Belgium from July 2001 to December 2007.

Further back in their career, they served as the International Human Resources Manager for Northern Europe at Fidelity Investments from October 2000 to June 2001. Pascal's early work experience includes the role of HR Manager at RaboRobeco Bank Luxembourg S.A. from March 1995 to September 2000.

Pascal Bossiroy's education history begins in 1989 when they enrolled at the Haute Ecole d'Enseignement Supérieur de Namur - IESN. Pascal pursued a degree in Marketing and successfully completed their studies in 1991, earning a Graduat en Distribution Marketing.

Building on this foundation, Pascal then attended the Haute École Francisco Ferrer from 1992 to 1994. During this period, they focused on Finances Internationales and obtained a Licence en Sciences Commerciales et Financières.

To further enhance their knowledge and skills, Pascal enrolled at the Marketing Academy in London from 1996 to 1998. Here, they pursued a DESS DGRH (Diplôme d'Études Supérieures Spécialisées - Droit et Gestion des Ressources Humaines), with a specialization in Human Resources Management.

Throughout their education, Pascal consistently demonstrated a commitment to learning and expanding their expertise in various fields, including Marketing, Finances Internationales, and Human Resources Management.
