Aleksandra Czynszak

Aleksandra (Alek) Czynszak is an experienced chef with a strong background in various culinary roles. Currently serving as Chef in Charge at Sofitel Melbourne On Collins since August 2017, Aleksandra manages menu costing and oversees the kitchen budget, while also having held roles such as Chef de Partie and Demi Chef de Partie. Previous experience includes a position as Sous Chef at Muharam Cafe, where a high standard of food quality was maintained, and a brief role as F&B Attendant with Atlantic Group. Educational achievements include a Certificate in Data Analytics and Visualization from Monash University and a Diploma in Hospitality from William Angliss Institute.
