Michał Figiel

Michał Figiel has a diverse work experience spanning from 2006 to the present. Michał started their career at HP as a 2nd Line Support System Analyst in 2006 and later became a 2nd Line Support Team Leader from 2008 to 2010. Michał then joined Orange as a Problem Solver from 2010 to 2013.

In 2013, Michał joined Soflab Technology Sp. z o.o. as a VBA Developer for a brief period of time. Michał then took on various roles within the company, including Technical Support Engineer/Area Lead/Coordinator from 2014 to 2015, Area Technical Test Lead from 2015 to 2017, and Technical Partnerships and Innovations Manager from 2017 to 2018. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Technical Testing Department at Soflab Technology Sp. z o.o. since May 2018.

Michał Figiel obtained their Master's Degree in Information Technology from Uniwersytet Marii Curie-Skłodowskiej w Lublinie from 2001 to 2006. In addition, they obtained certifications including ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level and Scaled Agile Framework Practitioner (SP) in April 2015. The institution where they obtained these certifications is unknown.
