Hélène Vallée has over 20 years of experience in marketing, communications, and partnerships. Hélène is currently the Head of Communications at SoftAtHome, where they focus on developing the company's brand image and implementing strategic communication plans. Previously, they served as the Head of Marketing & Communication at V3D, a SoftAtHome company, where they specialized in telecom data analytics and customer experience optimization. Hélène also worked at Swisscom as a Global Alliance Manager and at SICAP AG as the Head of Communication and Strategic Partnership Manager. Hélène began their career at Swapcom as a Strategic Marketing Manager, specializing in mobile technologies, and at GEMPLUS as a Corporate Marketing Manager, overseeing product management and marketing for mobile prepaid products.
Hélène Vallée completed their education in a chronological order. From 1994 to 1998, they attended IDRAC Business School, where they received a Bac+5 degree with a specialization in European Marketing & Management. During the academic year of 1996-1997, they also studied at Northumbria University, earning a Bachelor's degree in International Business Management. Later, in 1998-1999, Hélène Vallée pursued their Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) at Grenoble Ecole de Management.
