Jef Maerien

Jef Maerien is a Senior Software Developer at SoftAtHome since July 2017, with prior experience as a Consultant at VeroTech from July 2015 to June 2017 and as a PhD Researcher at K.U.Leuven, focusing on security middleware for Federated Wireless Sensor Networks from August 2009 to June 2015. Jef also held a student position at CIT Engineering in August 2007, where the role involved creating a process control and logging application. Academic achievements include a Master in Engineering: Computer Sciences, obtained cum laude from KU Leuven in 2009, and a Bachelor in Engineering: Computer Science, earned summa cum laude from the same institution in 2007.
