Mikael Bowellan

Mikael Bowellan has had an extensive work experience in the field of art and design. Mikael currently holds the position of Art Director at Softability Oy since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Lead Artist at Softability Group Oy from April 2017 to March 2022.

Before joining Softability Group Oy, Mikael held the role of Design Guru at Colorido Oy from January 2016 to March 2017. Mikael also served as a Graphics Designer at PAF from June 2010 to December 2015.

Mikael's career in art and design began at Futuremark Corporation, where they worked in various roles from 1998 to 2010. Mikael held the positions of Lead Artist, Senior 3D Artist, and 3D Artist at Futuremark Oy during this time.

Outside of the art industry, Mikael briefly worked as a Technical artist at the Finnish Defence Forces in February 1992.

Mikael Bowellan attended Lahti University of Applied Sciences from 1988 to 1991. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Architecture.
