Anushka Davies

Anushka Davies currently serves as the Head of Talent, Engagement & Diversity and the Head of Learning and Development at Softcat plc, where responsibilities include overseeing the Graduate and Apprentice programs, as well as employee development initiatives. Anushka previously held the position of Sales Team Leader, managing a team of Account Managers and enhancing relationships with key accounts. Additionally, Anushka is a member of the Women of the Channel Europe Advisory Board since December 2018. Anushka's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computing from Oxford Brookes University and qualifications as a Chartered MCIPD.
