Phil Hargreaves

Phil Hargreaves currently serves as a Senior Team Leader and Networking & Security Specialist at Softcat plc since September 2014, where previous roles include Deputy Team Leader and Team Leader in Networking & Security. Prior to this, Phil was the Head of the Physics department at Thornleigh Salesian College from August 2013 to September 2014, managing the Science department's teaching staff. From September 2010 to August 2013, Phil taught Physics and coordinated KS3 Science at Clitheroe Royal Grammar School. Phil's education includes a PGCE in Secondary Science (Physics) and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from The University of Manchester, alongside a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College London. Phil's foundation includes A-Levels in Maths, Physics, Computing, and Electronics from Blackpool Sixth Form College, and a comprehensive early education at Millfield High School.
