Erika Van Noort is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in talent acquisition and customer experience management. Currently serving as Vice President of Candidate and Employee Experience at Softchoice since February 2013, Erika has held multiple leadership roles within the company, including Vice President of Talent Acquisition and Senior Director positions focused on Strategic Customer Enablement. Erika's background includes significant leadership roles at Bell Canada as National Director of Customer Experience Management Consulting and at Shared Insights as Vice President of Membership Sales and Content Delivery.
