Roman Zakharov

Roman Zakharov has a diverse work experience. In 2020 they became the Head of Research and Development and Co-founder of DII, where they are working to disrupt traditional industries with automation and meaningful data mining. From 2013 to 2020 they were the CTO and Co-founder of Softcube, where they aimed to add a human touch to online shopping experience. From 2009 to 2013 they were a PhD student at the Université catholique de Louvain, where they developed machine learning algorithms for high-dimensional feature selection applied to gene expression data. From 2007 to 2009 they were a Sales Manager at RHI AG, where they provided full-range client interaction. Finally, in 2007 they were a Researcher at the National Mining University.
