Ben P.

Ben P. has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Starting in 2012, they worked as an Administrative Support Assistant and later as an Administrative Support Coordinator in various departments at California State University, Fullerton. During this time, they gained experience in technical functional support and provided administrative support to the Dean's Office. Ben then joined Restaurant365 Software as a Software Support Engineer in 2016, where they managed ticket flow, resolved software issues, and improved customer experience. Ben briefly worked as an Information Technology, Enterprise Resource Planning - Operations Specialist at California State University, Fullerton before joining DIGARC in 2020 as a Product Owner. There, they successfully managed product development and implementation. In 2021, Ben joined Modern Campus as a Director of Product, overseeing product strategy and leading cross-functional teams. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Product at Softdocs, contributing to the company's product management and development.

Ben P. holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Software Engineering from Brigham Young University - Idaho. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications. In 2014, they earned the CIW Web Foundations Associate certification from CIWcertified. In 2015, they obtained the CompTIA A+ ce certification from CompTIA. In 2020, they acquired additional certifications like "Dealing with Difficult People in Your Office" from LinkedIn in May, "Becoming Indistractable" from LinkedIn in July, and "Transitioning to Product Management" also from LinkedIn in July.
