Director, Project Management Office at Softheon

Michelle Pfleger, PMP has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Michelle currently works at Softheon as the Director of the Project Management Office, a position they have held since April 2020. Michelle also gained experience in the retail industry, working as a Wireless Sales Consultant at Best Buy from June 2010 to July 2011. Additionally, they worked as an Events Coordinator at Bryant University from September 2009 to May 2011.

Michelle Pfleger, PMP earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Bryant University, where they attended from 2007 to 2011. In addition to their undergraduate education, Michelle Pfleger, PMP completed several certifications and courses to enhance their professional skills. These include obtaining the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in May 2022, and the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification, also from the Project Management Institute, in November 2021.
