Danny Abukalam

Danny Abukalam has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Danny is currently working at SoftIron as the Director of Product Engineering since February 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Product Engineering Lead at SoftIron from September 2020 to February 2022. Before joining SoftIron, they worked as a Solutions Architect at Open Source Events from January 2018 onwards. Danny also worked as a Solutions Architect at LINBIT from April 2018 to March 2019. Danny has experience in business development as well, having worked as a Business Development professional at Codethink from August 2011 to July 2017. Furthermore, they worked as a Linux Administrator at the American University of Beirut from October 2009 to February 2011.

Danny Abukalam attended the American Community School Beirut from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained their High School Diploma. Following that, they pursued a degree in Computer Science at the American University of Beirut from 2009 to 2012. In September 2011, they also obtained a CCNA certification from Cisco Systems, Inc.
