Natalia Nykyforuk

Natalia Nykyforuk serves as the Head of HR at Softjourn, Inc. since August 2011, where responsibilities include leading recruitment activities, managing hiring and adaptation processes, overseeing HR marketing, and organizing corporate events. Prior to this role, Natalia held the position of Insurance Manager at Grawe Ukraine from July 2009 to July 2011, focusing on market research, advertising strategy, sales quota development, policy recommendations, claim processing, and performance tracking of insurance agents. Natalia holds two Master's degrees from Ivano-Frankivsk National Technical University of Oil and Gas, one in Economics (2010) and another in Documentation Science and Information Resources (2009).
