Dulaj Maduranga

Dulaj Maduranga has a diverse range of work experience in the finance and audit sector. Dulaj started their career at KPMG Sri Lanka in 2014, working as an Audit Assistant, Audit Senior, and finally as an Audit Supervisor. During their time at KPMG, Dulaj supervised the first Global audit of the company and consistently received highly effective ratings.

In 2017, Dulaj joined Softlogic Life as an Assistant Manager. In this role, they were involved in the implementation of IFRS 17 and provided financial reporting advice to top management. Dulaj also worked on the preparation of the Annual Report and identified loopholes in existing business processes for control improvement.

In 2020, Dulaj joined EY as an Auditor, where they achieved an overall gold standard rating for their work performance. Dulaj had responsibilities linked to insurance, wealth and asset management, and gained expertise in IFRS 17 compliance. Dulaj also reviewed actuarial valuation reports and assessed the methodology and assumptions used for estimating technical reserves.
