Sadishika Sandamini

Sadishika Sandamini has worked as a Human Resources Executive at Softlogic Life since September 2021. Sadishika previously held a role as a Human Resources Intern with the same company from August 2020 to September 2021. Prior to joining Softlogic Life, Sadishika completed an internship at People's Bank Sri Lanka from April 2016 to December 2016.

Sadishika Sandamini completed their education at various institutions and acquired multiple certifications. From 2017 to 2020, they studied at the University of Colombo, where they obtained a degree in Management & Finance with a field of study in Human Resources Management. In 2020, they attended Mental Health Foundation and earned a Diploma in Counseling and Psychology. Before that, from 2016 to 2019, they pursued Accounting and Business/Management studies at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka. In 2013 to 2015, they completed a Diploma in Accounting and Business from the Association of Accounting Technicians of Sri Lanka. From 2012 to 2015, they attended C.W.W. Kannangara Central College, Mathugama, and from 2002 to 2012, they studied at Mihindu Central College.

In addition to their formal education, Sadishika Sandamini has obtained several certifications. In 2020, they completed various courses including "Communication in the 21st Century Workplace" and "Influencing People" from Coursera, and "Financial Globalization, Capital Flows, and the Global Financial Cycle" and "Introduction to Sustainable Development in Asia and the Pacific" from the Asian Development Bank Institute (ADBI). Sadishika also obtained certifications in "Inspiring and Motivating Individuals," "Leadership and Emotional Intelligence," and "Successful Negotiation: Essential Strategies and Skills" from Coursera.
