Damián Fernández

Damián Fernández Álvarez is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in software development and engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Softonic since March 2022, Damián previously held a similar role at Seglan from November 2015 to March 2022 and worked as a Desarrollador en Oracle Siebel at AYESA from November 2014 to October 2015. Damián's early career included contributions to the Grupo de Innovación Educativa GIE-TA at Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and a collaboration scholarship with the Department of Organization and Information Structure. Damián began professional development with external practices at GT3 Soluciones S.L. as an ASP.NET developer. Damián holds a Software Engineering degree from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and prior educational qualifications in Information Technology from IES Pedro Espinosa and IES Luis Vélez de Guevara.
