Lucas Breier Trindade

Lucas Breier Trindade has a diverse work experience spanning from 2008 to the present. Lucas started their career as an Assistant Art Director at Quality Comunicação in 2008. From 2008 to 2010, they worked at RED as a UX Designer, focusing on project conception, analysis, scope definition, heuristic analysis, and wireframing.

In 2010, Lucas became a UX Manager at RED, where they handled process definition, quality control, project management, client liaison, and team management. Lucas then joined TERRA as a Product Manager in 2011, responsible for converting business opportunities into products for the Terra portal. Lucas utilized the Scrum methodology for agile development and conducted interviews with internal and external stakeholders, collected data, and analyzed audience behavior to improve products. Lucas worked on multiple projects, including the London Olympics, fashion weeks, and reality shows.

In 2016, Lucas joined Grupo RBS as a Senior Product Manager. Lucas managed the user experience (UX), customer experience (CX), and group products, defining KPIs and goals for products. Lucas also acted as a UX lead and was responsible for strategic planning, product backlog prioritization, and coordinating with business and operational departments.

In 2022, Lucas became the Head of Product & UX at TAG - Experiências Literárias, where they focused on product development and user experience. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Product at Softplan, starting in 2023.

Throughout their career, Lucas has showcased their proficiency in product management, UX design, team management, and market analysis.

Lucas Breier Trindade completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Project Management from Unisinos, which they attended from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they also obtained a Graduate degree in Digital Communication from the same institution, which they completed from 2005 to 2007. Additionally, they received certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner from Scrum Alliance in December 2015.
