Mithlesh Kumar began their work experience in 2016 as an Android Developer at Salentro Technologies INC. Mithlesh then moved on to work as an Android Developer at eWeb A1Professionals Pvt Ltd - Committed to Quality in 2017. In 2019, they joined SoftProdigy as a SR.React Native Developer.

Mithlesh Kumar completed their Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree in Computer Science from St. Soldier Institute of Engineering and Technology in Jalandhar, attending from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed their 12th grade from devi shay sanatan dharm Sen.Sec School and their 10th grade from lily modal high school.
