Marine Hovhannisyan

Marine Hovhannisyan is a Senior Customer Support Manager at Softr. Marine has over 5 years of experience in customer support and technical support. Prior to joining Softr, they worked as a Court User Satisfaction Survey Data Entry Specialist at the Council of Europe and as a Senior Technical Support Advisor at PicsArt Inc. Marine has also interned at the United Nations in the Information Systems and Communications Technologies Department.

Marine Hovhannisyan has a background in IT Project Management from the Armenian Code Academy, a Bachelor's degree in Management of Information Systems from Armenian State University of Economics, and a Master of Arts in Business (MA) in Management, Communication & IT from the Management Center Innsbruck. Marine also has a certification from the British Council in the International English Language Testing System (IELTS).

Marine Hovhannisyan reports to David Malkhasyan, Head of Customer Support. Marine Hovhannisyan works with Andranik Aroushian - Customer Support Manager, Viktoria Grigoryan - Customer Support Manager, and Syuzie Khachatryan - Senior Customer Support Manager.
