Sarunas Vaitkus

Sarunas Vaitkus is currently a Talent Acquisition Partner at Softr. Sarunas was previously a Talent Acquisition Partner - EMEA at Mambu from April 2020 to March 2022. Prior to that, they were a Global IT Talent Acquisition Specialist at Genius Sports from March 2019 to March 2020. Before that, they were a Technical Recruiter at Finesta Lithuania from April 2018 to March 2019. Sarunas has also been a Recruitment and Evaluation Specialist at HILL International Baltic JSC from March 2016 to January 2018.

Sarunas Vaitkus studied psychology at Royal Holloway, University of London, earning a bachelor's degree with honours. Sarunas then went on to study work and organizational psychology at Mykolas Romeris University and TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology, earning two master's degrees.
