Japsin Philip

Japsin Philip is the current Associate Director at SoftServ. Japsin has been with the company since September 2015 and in their current role since July 2022. Prior to joining SoftServ, Japsin was with UnitedHealth Group from April 2007 to May 2015 where they served as a Project Lead. From December 2003 to April 2007, they were with Fidelity Investments as a Junior Test Analyst, working in system/integration testing. And finally, from September 2002 to December 2003, they were with Agilent Technologies as a Central Vendor Administrator, responsible for vendor data management/administration.

Japsin Philip's educational career includes attending Kerala Education Society Senior Secondary School and later Sri Aurobindo College where they obtained their Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.).
