Laura Pavliuc

Laura Pavliuc is an experienced recruitment professional currently serving as the Recruitment Team Lead at SoftServe since October 2022, where Laura leads a team of five recruiters and develops recruitment strategies for the IT market. Prior to this role, Laura was a Talent Growth Specialist at Pentalog HR, managing recruitment priorities in collaboration with hiring managers.
