Sheryl Dwyer is the current Director of Health Operations and Benefits Program at WTIA. Sheryl has over fifteen years of experience in business liaison and project management.
Sheryl started their career at Vimly Benefit Solutions, Inc. in January 2002 as a Business Liaison Manager. In this role, they were responsible for supporting and facilitating relationships between BSI and its Carrier partners to ensure proper onboarding of new Association Health Plan Clients. Sheryl was also responsible for organizing and documenting projects, and facilitating new carrier implementations.
In June 2017, Sheryl transitioned to their current role as Director of Health Operations and Benefits Program at WTIA. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the health benefits program and ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently. Additionally, they work with the IT department to ensure that all systems are up-to-date and running properly.
Sheryl Dwyer reports to Mark Hruska, VP, Benefits Program. They work with Raven Mencias - Senior Sales Director, Benefits Program, Michelle Walls - Manager, Health Operations, Benefits Program.
