Oleksandra Tolokh

Oleksandra Tolokh is an experienced Talent Operations Manager at SoftServe, with a focus on managing recruitment and talent success teams in the Lviv Development Center since March 2016. With a background that includes roles such as Talent Success Team Lead and Resource Manager, Oleksandra has demonstrated expertise in full-cycle recruitment, team management, and strategic staffing initiatives. Prior to SoftServe, Oleksandra held the position of Marketing Manager at PJSC "Tourist Company 'Lviv-Suputnyk'," where responsibilities included event management and client relationship development.
