Paolo Emilio Testa

Paolo Emilio Testa currently serves as Chief People Officer at SoftServe since November 2024. Previously, Paolo held the position of EMEA SVP Human Resources at GlobalLogic from April 2020 to November 2024, where responsibilities included leading Human Resources across Europe and the Middle East. With over 20 years of experience in executive HR roles globally, Paolo also worked as HR Director for North Central Europe at DXC Technology from January 2017 to April 2020, providing HR support to a large Leadership Team. Prior to that, Paolo was HR Director for the Middle East, Mediterranean, and Africa at Hewlett-Packard from December 2012 to December 2016. Paolo's earlier roles included HR Director for HP Italia, EDS Italia, and EDS in the Asia-Pacific region. Paolo holds a degree in Scienze Politiche from Luiss Guido Carli University.
