Fernando Jaramillo

Fernando Jaramillo is the VP of People US Market at Softtek. Fernando has over fifteen years of experience in human resources and business consulting.

Jaramillo began their career as an HR Consultant with CONFISA EXECUTIVE SEARCH, where they were responsible for account management of multinational clients and providing HR support for critical positions. In this role, they acted as a liaison between executives and corporations, performing intelligent and high-quality search services.

From September 2001 to December 2006, Jaramillo served as the Executive Director of GHCS, a Confisa International Group company. In this role, they were responsible for the excellence, quality, and results of the performance of GHCS services.

As a Business Consultant, Jaramillo has shared their experience and knowledge with clients in different business areas according to the business phase they may be in. Their experience and knowledge ranges from establishing a subsidiary, affiliate or new company in the USA, to the assessment of the creation of their marketing, finance, immigration, risk management, human capital, administration and operations strategies.

Fernando Jaramillo has a Bachelor's in Computer Science from I.T.E.S.M (Tec de Monterrey). Fernando currently works as a software engineer.
