Lorena Olivo is the Talent Attraction Leader at Softtek. Lorena has extensive experience in telecommunications and project management.

Lorena began their career in 1994 as an administrative support worker at ISSEMYM (Hospital Services) in Naucalpan. In this role, they were responsible for giving support to different areas of the hospital, including radiology, reception, laboratory, and human resources. Lorena also served as coordinator of material resources and was responsible for pharmacy, nutrition, and warehouse charge.

In 1997, Lorena began working at Unisys as a telecommunications coordinator in a NAP CoE for Latin America. In this role, they were responsible for project management, human resources services, selection and recruiting, employee relations.

In 2003, Lorena joined Softtek as a talent attraction leader. In this role, they are responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for the company. Lorena has played a key role in the success of Softtek and has helped the company grow into a leading provider of IT services.

Lorena Olivo has a degree in Industrial Relations from the Universidad Autónoma de Aguascalientes.
