Pallavi Nandi

Pallavi Nandi has a diverse work experience in the field of HR. Pallavi has most recently worked at Recro as a Sr. HR Generalist since September 2021. Prior to that, they were employed at Saffron Tech Pvt Ltd as an Assistant manager hr from November 2020 to September 2021. Before that, they worked at Sparrow Interactive Pvt. Ltd. where they held the positions of HR Manager from December 2016 to October 2020 and Assistant manager - HR from November 2014 to December 2016. Pallavi started their career as an HR Trainee at Online Recharge Services Pvt Ltd from March 2014 to September 2014.

Pallavi Nandi completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the New Delhi Institution of Management, where they studied from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Language and Literature, General from the University of Calcutta, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. Pallavi's earlier education includes completing their ICSE and ISC (12th) in the humanities stream at St. James' School in Binnaguri, Jalpaiguri, West Bengal, from 1993 to 2005.
