Kent began their career at Target as a Client Support Specialist, where they performed lead duties and helped with problem resolution and escalations. Kent also created and verified new knowledge solutions for the Corporate Client Support Center Expert Advisor Database. Kent then moved to MQSoftware, where they served as a Senior Support Analyst for 9 years, supporting global companies and government agencies with implementation and troubleshooting of MQSoftware applications. After that, they joined BMC Software as a Technical Support Analyst, providing support for BMC Middleware Management applications and assisting the Sales team. Currently, Kent is a Principal Technical Support Engineer at Software AG.
Kent Talbert attended the University of Minnesota from 1987 to 1990, where they studied Business Administration. Kent then transferred to the University of St. Thomas in 1990 and completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration in 1991.
