Merel T. Jansen-Rietbergen

Merel T. Jansen-Rietbergen has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and organizations. They began their career in 2010 as a PhD Student at Utrecht University, where they worked until 2015. In 2015, they joined Software Improvement Group (SIG) as a Junior Technical Consultant for a year. From 2016 to 2017, they served as a Technical Consultant at SIG. In 2017, they transitioned to the position of Full Stack Developer at SIG, where they worked until 2018. From 2019 to 2021, they held the role of Senior Frontend Developer at SIG. Currently, they are employed at SIG as a Lead Developer and Front-end Tech Lead, a position they assumed in January 2022.

Merel T. Jansen-Rietbergen began their education in 1996 at the International School Hilversum "Alberdingk Thijm", where they earned their IB MYP degree, completing their studies in 2000. Merel T. then attended Alberdingk Thijm College in Hilversum from 2000 to 2002, where they pursued their VWO degree, though the field of study is unspecified. Merel then enrolled at Utrecht University from 2003 to 2007, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics. Continuing their education at Utrecht University, they obtained a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the institution between 2007 and 2010.
