Tibor Lapikas

Tibor Lapikas has a range of work experience in various roles and companies. Tibor is currently working at Software Improvement Group (SIG) as a Delivery Director Partner since October 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Presales Team Lead from April 2022 to September 2022, Proposition Manager from July 2019 to March 2022, Senior Consultant from January 2017 to December 2019, and Consultant from February 2015 to December 2016.

Before joining SIG, Tibor worked at Accenture the Netherlands as a Consultant specializing in simulation and OT/IT integration, with domain knowledge in Gas & Water. Tibor was involved in projects related to the implementation of control system software and European tender for simulation software for a large Dutch energy TSO. Tibor'stenure at Accenture lasted from October 2012 to August 2014.

Prior to Accenture, they worked at UReason as an Application Engineer from April 2007 to September 2012. Tibor'sresponsibilities included implementing custom solutions for industries in water, traffic, oil & gas, project management, marketing and sales support, business development, and training.

Tibor's earliest work experience was as a Technical Consultant at Green Valley from January 2006 to March 2007.

Tibor Lapikas attended the Delft University of Technology from 1998 to 2005. During their time there, they obtained a Master's degree in System Engineering, Policy Analysis and Management. In addition to their formal education, Tibor Lapikas has also obtained several certifications. In 2015, they obtained the Professional Scrum Master certification from Scrum.org. In 2014, they earned the Prince2 Foundation certification from APMG Benelux. And in 2010, they completed a certification course in Requirements Engineering Fundamentals from Mithun Training & Consulting.
