Gabriela Josypów

Gabriela Josypów is an experienced People Partner and People & Culture Specialist at Software Mind, where responsibilities include the development of anti-bullying and anti-discrimination policies, coordination of diversity and inclusion training, and management of onboarding and offboarding processes. Previous experience includes roles as a Junior Recruiter at TTEC, focusing on end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing, and as a Junior HR Specialist at Śnieżka, where recruitment and training administration were primary duties. Educational background includes a Master’s degree in Psychology from Jagiellonian University and studies at Universidad de Málaga. Gabriela has also been involved in community initiatives, notably with the Chodźże do Teatru project.
