Maciej Łukasik is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in software delivery and quality assurance. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Branch and a Software Delivery Manager at Software Mind since June 2022, Maciej previously held roles including Delivery Manager at j-labs software specialists and IT Delivery Manager at EPAM Systems. Maciej's expertise encompasses project execution, metrics monitoring, and implementing best engineering practices to ensure high productivity and quality delivery. Earlier experience includes managing QA teams at Sabre Corporation and serving as QA Manager and Test Team Lead at Smart4Aviation, where Maciej focused on continuous integration, automated testing, and process improvement. Maciej holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from AGH University of Krakow.
