Michael Everson

Michael Everson, MBA has extensive work experience in finance and leadership roles. Michael is currently the CFO- SoftwareOne Americas, a position they started in 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of CFO- Services and Solutions Delivery North America ($2B) at Philips from 2021 to 2023. During this time, they led commercial strategy and deal execution, as well as pricing strategy, resulting in significant margin growth.

From 2005 to 2020, Michael worked at GE Healthcare, where they held various roles including Vice President- Strategic Accounts and CFO- US Central Zone (~$3B). In these positions, they drove territory growth, partnered with clients to align funding plans, and provided financing solutions. Michael also had roles as CFO/Business Development Leader Global Diagnostic Cardiology, CFO- DCAR/Respiratory and Sleep ($330M), CFO- Respiratory and Sleep ($100M), and Operations Finance Manager MR ($1.4B), where they served as a business partner and finance leader.

Earlier in their career, Michael worked as an Americas Finance Manager at Lunar, a Healthcare Systems FP&A professional at GE Healthcare, and as a Sr. Financial Analyst at Newell-Rubbermaid. Michael has demonstrated a strong track record of driving financial performance, strategic planning, and business growth throughout their career.

Michael Everson, MBA, has a diverse education history. Michael earned their Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from Marquette University from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelors degree in Finance and IT at the same institution from 2000 to 2003. Before attending Marquette University, they attended The University of Texas at Arlington from 1999 to 2000, where they pursued studies in Aerospace Engineering. Michael Everson's education journey began at Muskego High School, where they completed their secondary education from 1995 to 1998.
