John Nippler

John Nippler has an extensive work experience in the medical aesthetics industry. John is currently the Executive Vice President at Sofwave, a position he has held since March 2023. Prior to that, he worked as the Executive Vice President of Business Development at Sofwave from January 2022 to April 2023. Before joining Sofwave, John served as the Vice President of Business Development and Vice President of Sales in North America at the same company.

Before his time at Sofwave, John was the General Manager at Nutrafol from December 2018 to December 2019. Prior to that, he worked as the Director of Marketplace - Aesthetics at Healthline Media from January 2018 to December 2018.

John also held various roles at Merz Aesthetics, including National Director - Device & Portfolio East and Director of Market Development. John was with Merz Aesthetics from December 2013 to January 2018.

Additionally, John has experience at iovera, where he served as the Director of Sales & Operations, Europe from February 2013 to December 2013. John was responsible for opening up the EMEA market for the aesthetic application of the iovera product.

Before that, John worked at Solta Medical as the Managing Director, EMEA from January 2011 to February 2013, where he significantly increased revenue. John also held the position of Director of International Sales & Operations - EMEA and Director of Sales, Eastern United States at Solta Medical.

Prior to Solta, John held leadership roles at WaveLight, Inc., including President of WaveLight Aesthetic, Inc. and Vice President of Sales & Marketing - Aesthetics.

Throughout their career, John has demonstrated their expertise in business development, sales management, and international operations in the medical aesthetics industry.

John Nippler's education history includes attending the University of North Texas, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Communications.
