Deepa Bhulescarr

Deepa Bhulescarr is currently the Global HR Director at Sogeti. Deepa has over 10 years of experience in Human Resources and Organization Development. Prior to joining Sogeti, Deepa was with Capgemini for 9 years, where they were the Portfolio Manager for Talent & Leadership Development. Deepa has also worked as a Freelance Consultant, partnering with organizations to deliver their Organization Development initiatives. Deepa has a proven track record in conceptualizing, designing and delivering Assessment & Development centres, and facilitating outbound experiential and mind over matter workshops. Deepa has also worked with Turning Point Training & Assessments systems Pvt. Ltd as an SME for Assessments & Consulting, where they were actively involved in client engagements and presentations, and demonstrated their capability in Diagnostics, OD interventions and Coaching to clients.

They work with Olivier Vandekerkhove - Head of Sogeti, Belgium, Sergio De Brito - Head of Sogeti, Sweden, and Dirk Kain - Head of Sogeti, Germany. Deepa Bhulescarr reports to Stefan Ek, Head of Sogeti Global.
